Welcome to Cherry Home Shores

Cherry Home Shores is a recreational residential community located near the tip of Michigan’s Leelanau Peninsula, six miles north of the village of Northport. The setting is naturally beautiful, with homes and lots tucked in the woods or on the water of Lake Michigan’s Grand Traverse Bay.

Cherry Homes Shores is a deed-restricted residential single-family community consisting of six subdivisions governed by a homeowners’ association known as the Cherry Home Association, or CHA. All property owners are members of the homeowners’ association, which elects a Board of Directors at an annual meeting held on Memorial Day weekend. The Board maintains Cherry Home Shores’ common properties and amenities, including the clubhouse and grounds, four waterfront parks with shared access for members and their guests, as well as a playground, tennis, basketball, shuffleboard, and handball courts, a playground, and a network of nature trails. All common areas for exclusive use by CHA members, their families and friends.
